Christina Lindstedt

Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Furman University

Christina has been training on Hilton Head Island for 21 years. Certifications have included ACSM, TPI fitness professional level 3, TPI Power level 2, TRX suspension, trx rip training and functional training, Blackburn Golf Fitness, Stability Ball, and BOSU. She grew up in Philadelphia, PA and was involved in gymnastics, ballet, swimming, tennis, golf, lacrosse, field hockey and volleyball. At Furman she started the women's lacrosse club team and played and coached all 4 years as well as playing Rugby for 2 years. Her clientele has ranged from 11-97 years young. She loves improving clients quality of living as well as bringing athletes to their Peak potential. She loves Hilton Head and being active with her two sons Cole and Tyler and their dog Millie.

Camila Pacheco

Camila discovered her passion for movement and exercise in a very early age through dance. She started her career as a dance teacher and moved to the United States from Brazil to pursue her passion for health and fitness.

When Camila is not teaching group classes or working one-on-one with clients she loves to cook, paddle board, practice martial arts and relax at the beach.

Casey Walker Lippitt

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Westfield State University in Massachusetts

Casey has over six years of experience in Personal Training, and is certified through ACSM, AFAA-NASM and TRX Suspension Training. Her clientele ranges from 16-85 years of age, men and women. Casey has worked with a variety of clients’ with different fitness levels, ranging from young athletes to individuals with limited health restrictions.

Casey grew up in Massachusetts and was involved in many sports, including soccer, swimming, and dance. She continued her love for swimming and coached her local swim team for four years. At Westfield State she was apart of the Community Fitness Center, as a personal trainer to students and staff member of the University. Casey is passionate about getting the body to move and move well.

Kara Cooke

CPT, TPI 2, iTPA

Kara is a certified personal trainer who works to help each client achieve their health, fitness, and athletic goals.  She is certified through the Titleist Performace Institute (TPI) as well as a Certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS) through the International Tennis Performance Association (iTPA).  

Kara is a lifelong athlete who reached many goals at the collegiate and international levels as a two sport athlete at The University of Virginia, and a World Cup Gold Medalist with the US Women’s Lacrosse Team.  She now enjoys the role of helper as she assists her clients to achieve their goals in the gym as well as their recreational or competitive arena.  

 

Stacey Saritelli

BS in Commercial Recreation and Health Education from Pennsylvania State University 

Stacey got her AFPA Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Certifications as well as her ACE Lifestyle & Weight Mgmt Consultant Certification.

She worked at Sun City as the Fitness Coordinator and then Fitness Director for 4 years, where she completed her ACSM certification, as well as Personal trained residents and taught fitness classes.

She has been employed at Breakthrough Fitness since 2004, where she has been teaching fitness classes and personal training and is the also the Fitness Director.

Stacey has trained every demographic from 15-85 years of age, men and women, youth athletes, individuals with limited abilities and disabilities, and high level fitness individuals. She does individual and group training as well as large classes.

She has won the Island Packets “Best Of” Award for “Best Personal Trainer” 5 years in a row.

Stacey thrives on watching her clients overcome their obstacles and be who they want and hope to be. Training, teaching, and even counseling her clients to “live” (and love) the healthy person they are meant to be is, to her, the most rewarding part of her job.

Shelby Sharp

Shelby's extensive knowledge includes flexibility and biomechanics, Pre and Post Surgical Rehabilitation and functional balance. She is a certified Pilates instructor through the Kane School of Core Integration, NYC. Shelby is also certified with Reebok Cycle, Step, YogaFit and Les Mils. If you are looking to perform at your peak or re-train your muscles post injury/surgery, Shelby has the skills to get you there.  

Jennifer Brewer

Yoga Instructor - E-RYT 500.  

Jennifer is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT 500. She received her 200-hr certification from Asheville Community Yoga, with an emphasis on seva; and her 500-hr certification from Subtle Yoga in Charlotte NC with an emphasis on Yoga Therapy. Jennifer found transformation of her own anger and depression through yoga and uses her teaching to provide insight into the always present option of choice. Her teaching combines subtle physical postures, breath awareness and sense of humor to create a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. Her classes aim to take this understanding and create empowerment off the mat. Also offering personal one on one yoga or small group private sessions.

Fitness has always been an integral part of Siobhan's life from a very young age. As the years passed she also found that, besides her passion for an active and healthy lifestyle, she also loved people and had a strong desire to help others, so she decided to put it all together and become a Health and Fitness Coach. In 2002, she received a BS in Physical Education at IPEF University in Cordoba, Argentina and also became certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Since then she has acquired experience and knowledge by working with a broad spectrum of people which enables her to design unique and effective programs for her clients.

Siobhan enjoys and has extensive experience working with men and women of the 55+ population helping them improve physical limitations that they might have developed over the years and reach their fitness potential (strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness) in a safe and progressive manner. As a Women’s Fitness Specialist she is also certified to work with Pre and Post Natal women, helping them prepare their body for pregnancy, staying strong and healthy throughout this time and recovering afterwards.

Kendra Till Earnshaw

Kendra is a certified Comprehensive Studio Pilates instructor with over ten years experience in both equipment and mat Pilates. She is also a well respected Mentor and Educator for Polestar Pilates International, where she is part of the education team providing training to student Pilates instructors.

Kendra has extensive experience with a broad range of clients, from those recovering from injury to high performance athletes wanting to improve their sports performance. Having worked with Surfing Australia, universities and collaborating with a number of health clinicians, Kendra is passionate about teaching her clients mindful movement patterns, which can be incorporated into their everyday activities.

On top of her extensive industry experience, Kendra's effervescent and professional approach will leave you feeling inspired, strong and supple.

Kendra offers one-on-one sessions as well as group classes.

Jessica Buys

Jessica is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University's PGA golf management program, making her a class A PGA Professional as well as a certified personal trainer through NASM. She recognized the need for golf fitness and earned her TPI certification to provide golfers with the most valuable training possible. With knowledge of the relationship between the golf swing and movement patterns, Jessica is able to train golfers to maximize their efficiency and power in their golf swings. When she is not golfing or personal training, Jessica trains Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai.
